Allison Ciccarelli

Allison Ciccarelli (she/her) is a native Nashvillian and 360 designer.

She specializes in: graphic design, video editing, spatial design and production design.

She began working with Sooner as a remote Creative Assistant in 2021 while touring with The Rolling Stones and Eric Church.

Together they worked for artists such as: Paramore, Matchbox 20, Alice Cooper, Evanescence, Panic! at the Disco, Griz, Kelsea Ballerini, Vance Joy and Kim Petras.

In her early days, Ciccarelli was a creative director at Blue Rose Music, a boutique label, known for its collaborations with renowned GRAMMY, Emmy and Dove award winning producer, Shannon Sanders. 

In 2019, Allison made a pivotal transition to move from the studio to the captivating world backstage. Orchestrating hundreds of shows and immersive experiences that captivate audiences.

Notable projects include: To Nashville With Love benefit show, Pandora Live, and over 250 shows annually with industry leaders, Marathon Live. 

Beyond her work in event management, Allison is driven by a profound belief in the power of live events and music education to transform communities.

She has actively contributed to the empowerment of young individuals through her involvement on the board of music education for Chattanooga Girls Rock!, a rock camp focused on building confidence and celebrating individuality through collaborative music education and social justice.
